What you will learn
- Explain the relationship between Props and Component.
- “Does hiding the button in the component provide authorization?” To give a reasoned answer to the question.
- Changing the example and comparing expected and observed behavior.
How it works and where the trust boundary lies
List keys help preserve the identity of items; In an ordered list, the index is not always the correct key. Do not change props directly. While user text is displayed with normal JSX embed, HTML injection requires separate and risky API. The client component cannot enforce server authority; The role view in the interface is just the experience layer.
Worked example
The following passage makes the concept visible. Evaluate samples containing commands or code in your own separate testing environment, not in the production system. Architectural diagrams and policy examples are not executable programs.
function LessonTitle({title}) {
return <h2>{title}</h2>;
}
// Kullanıcı verisi metin olarak yerleştirilir.Expected result and interpretation
The title component displays the text it receives; It does not require any additional HTML commenting.
Compare the scenarios
| Status | Recommended approach | Why? |
|---|---|---|
| Normal user text | JSX text representation | HTML execution is not desired |
| List order is changing | Permanent ID key | Item association is preserved |
| Changing props | Fix data flow | Ownership agreement is terminated |
Practice task
Use the same component with three different titles. Write about how moving data in one direction makes it easier to find errors.
- Write down the expected outcome and acceptance condition before the action.
- Change a single variable; Record the observation and the medium you used.
- Evaluate the result with the comparison table above. Explain which assumption might be wrong if it does not fit.
Common mistake and how to correct it
Do not pass untrusted text directly into dangerouslySetInnerHTML.
Test your understanding
Does hiding the button in the component provide authorization?
Answer explained: No. The server must independently control the relevant process and object.
